The employer is looking for a Front-End Engineer in Atlanta, GA. In this role you will work independently alongside an experienced software engineering team and take real ownership of your work. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is hybrid, with three days a week in our Atlanta office.
What you’ll do
- Measure and improve page performance and Core Web Vitals
- Build responsive, accessible user interfaces in React and TypeScript
- Write unit and end-to-end tests for user-facing features
- Champion accessibility and usability across the product
- Translate designs into reusable components and maintain the shared component library
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience
- Strong JavaScript and TypeScript skills
- Working knowledge of HTML semantics, CSS layout and browser developer tools
- Experience writing automated tests for front-end code
Nice to have
- Experience with WCAG 2.1 AA audits
- Experience with Next.js or server-side rendering
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Atlanta, GA is $111,000 – $141,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
