As a Field Service Engineer with the employer, you will work independently and help shape how the mechanical engineering team works. This position is based in Tulsa, OK. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is on site at our Tulsa location.
What you’ll do
- Document service visits and feed issues back to engineering
- Train customer operators and maintenance staff
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and software issues
- Perform preventive maintenance and upgrades
- Install, commission and service equipment at customer sites
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Willingness to travel regionally
Nice to have
- Experience servicing medical or semiconductor equipment
- Experience with industrial automation equipment
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Tulsa, OK is $71,000 – $90,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
