The employer is looking for a Field Service Engineer in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. In this role you will work independently alongside an experienced mechanical engineering team and take real ownership of your work. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is hybrid, with three days a week in our Rancho Cucamonga office.
What you’ll do
- Perform preventive maintenance and upgrades
- Document service visits and feed issues back to engineering
- Install, commission and service equipment at customer sites
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and software issues
- Train customer operators and maintenance staff
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Strong customer service skills
Nice to have
- Experience with industrial automation equipment
- Experience servicing medical or semiconductor equipment
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Rancho Cucamonga, CA is $86,000 – $110,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
