We are hiring a Field Service Engineer to join our mechanical engineering team in Miami. You will work independently on projects that matter to our customers. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is on site at our Miami location.
What you’ll do
- Install, commission and service equipment at customer sites
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and software issues
- Perform preventive maintenance and upgrades
- Document service visits and feed issues back to engineering
- Train customer operators and maintenance staff
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience
- Willingness to travel regionally
- Strong customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
Nice to have
- Experience with industrial automation equipment
- Experience servicing medical or semiconductor equipment
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Miami, FL is $66,000 – $84,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
