Our Arvada office is growing, and we need a Field Service Engineer who can work independently from day one. You will work closely with a collaborative mechanical engineering group and report to the mechanical engineering manager. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is hybrid, with three days a week in our Arvada office.
What you’ll do
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and software issues
- Train customer operators and maintenance staff
- Document service visits and feed issues back to engineering
- Install, commission and service equipment at customer sites
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience
- Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Willingness to travel regionally
Nice to have
- Experience with industrial automation equipment
- Experience servicing medical or semiconductor equipment
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Arvada, CO is $77,000 – $98,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
