We are hiring an Environmental Engineer to join our environmental engineering team in Jacksonville. You will work independently on projects that matter to our customers. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is hybrid, with three days a week in our Jacksonville office.
What you’ll do
- Plan and run site investigations and remediation projects
- Advise clients on environmental regulations
- Prepare air, water and waste permit applications
- Write compliance reports for state and federal agencies
- Collect and interpret soil, groundwater and air samples
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Civil or Chemical Engineering
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience
- Strong technical writing
- Field sampling experience
- OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER (or able to obtain)
Nice to have
- PE license
- Experience with PFAS investigation or treatment
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Jacksonville, FL is $81,000 – $103,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
