As an Electrical Engineer with the employer, you will work independently and help shape how the electrical & computer engineering team works. This position is based in Modesto, CA. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is hybrid, with three days a week in our Modesto office.
What you’ll do
- Simulate circuits and perform worst-case analysis
- Support EMC, safety and regulatory testing
- Design analog, digital and power circuits for new products
- Bring up and validate prototype hardware in the lab
- Capture schematics and guide PCB layout in Altium
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience
- Strong analog and digital circuit fundamentals
- Experience with schematic capture and PCB design tools
- Hands-on experience with lab test equipment
Nice to have
- Experience with UL or IEC certification
- Experience with power electronics or motor drives
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Modesto, CA is $121,000 – $154,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
