As an Electrical Engineer with the employer, you will work independently and help shape how the electrical & computer engineering team works. This position is based in Houston, TX. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is on site at our Houston location.
What you’ll do
- Capture schematics and guide PCB layout in Altium
- Design analog, digital and power circuits for new products
- Support EMC, safety and regulatory testing
- Bring up and validate prototype hardware in the lab
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience
- Experience with schematic capture and PCB design tools
- Hands-on experience with lab test equipment
- Strong analog and digital circuit fundamentals
Nice to have
- Experience with power electronics or motor drives
- Experience with UL or IEC certification
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Houston, TX is $92,000 – $117,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
