As an Electrical Engineer with the employer, you will work independently and help shape how the electrical & computer engineering team works. This position is based in Bridgeport, CT. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is on site at our Bridgeport location.
What you’ll do
- Support EMC, safety and regulatory testing
- Maintain bills of materials and work with component suppliers
- Simulate circuits and perform worst-case analysis
- Bring up and validate prototype hardware in the lab
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience
- Hands-on experience with lab test equipment
- Ability to read and interpret datasheets
- Experience with schematic capture and PCB design tools
Nice to have
- Experience with power electronics or motor drives
- Experience with UL or IEC certification
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Bridgeport, CT is $101,000 – $128,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
