The employer is looking for an Electrical Engineer in Boise, ID. In this role you will work independently alongside an experienced electrical & computer engineering team and take real ownership of your work. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is hybrid, with three days a week in our Boise office.
What you’ll do
- Simulate circuits and perform worst-case analysis
- Capture schematics and guide PCB layout in Altium
- Maintain bills of materials and work with component suppliers
- Support EMC, safety and regulatory testing
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience
- Experience with schematic capture and PCB design tools
- Ability to read and interpret datasheets
- Hands-on experience with lab test equipment
Nice to have
- Experience with power electronics or motor drives
- Experience with UL or IEC certification
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Boise, ID is $87,000 – $111,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
