We are hiring a DevOps Engineer to join our software engineering team in Thornton. You will work independently on projects that matter to our customers. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is hybrid, with three days a week in our Thornton office.
What you’ll do
- Manage cloud infrastructure as code with Terraform
- Take part in an on-call rotation and lead incident reviews
- Set up monitoring, alerting and dashboards for production systems
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines that let teams ship safely several times a day
- Harden infrastructure and automate security patching
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience
- Strong Linux administration and scripting skills
- Experience with infrastructure as code and CI/CD tooling
- Hands-on experience with a major cloud provider
Nice to have
- Experience with service meshes
- Experience with FinOps and cloud cost optimization
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Thornton, CO is $122,000 – $155,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
