DevOps Engineer Intern

We are hiring a DevOps Engineer Intern to join our software engineering team in Arlington. You will gain hands-on experience on projects that matter to our customers. This is a 12-week paid summer internship. This role is hybrid, with three days a week in our Arlington office.
What you’ll do
- Set up monitoring, alerting and dashboards for production systems
- Operate Kubernetes clusters, including upgrades, scaling and cost control
- Take part in an on-call rotation and lead incident reviews
- Manage cloud infrastructure as code with Terraform
What you’ll bring
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field
- Hands-on experience with a major cloud provider
- Strong Linux administration and scripting skills
- Experience with infrastructure as code and CI/CD tooling
Nice to have
- Experience with service meshes
- Experience with FinOps and cloud cost optimization
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Arlington, TX is $32 – $37 per hour. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
