The employer is looking for a DevOps Engineer in Hillsboro, OR. In this role you will work independently alongside an experienced software engineering team and take real ownership of your work. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is hybrid, with three days a week in our Hillsboro office.
What you’ll do
- Manage cloud infrastructure as code with Terraform
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines that let teams ship safely several times a day
- Set up monitoring, alerting and dashboards for production systems
- Harden infrastructure and automate security patching
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience
- Strong Linux administration and scripting skills
- Experience running containerized workloads in production
- Hands-on experience with a major cloud provider
Nice to have
- Kubernetes certification (CKA or CKAD)
- Experience with service meshes
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Hillsboro, OR is $118,000 – $150,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
