As a DevOps Engineer with the employer, you will work independently and help shape how the software engineering team works. This position is based in Cleveland, OH. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is on site at our Cleveland location.
What you’ll do
- Manage cloud infrastructure as code with Terraform
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines that let teams ship safely several times a day
- Operate Kubernetes clusters, including upgrades, scaling and cost control
- Take part in an on-call rotation and lead incident reviews
- Set up monitoring, alerting and dashboards for production systems
- Harden infrastructure and automate security patching
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience
- Strong Linux administration and scripting skills
- Experience with infrastructure as code and CI/CD tooling
- Hands-on experience with a major cloud provider
Nice to have
- Kubernetes certification (CKA or CKAD)
- Experience with FinOps and cloud cost optimization
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Cleveland, OH is $110,000 – $140,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
