We are hiring a Civil Engineer to join our civil engineering team in Mesa. You will work independently on projects that matter to our customers. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is on site at our Mesa location.
What you’ll do
- Coordinate with municipal reviewers and secure permits
- Prepare cost estimates and quantity takeoffs
- Produce construction drawings and specifications in Civil 3D
- Prepare stormwater reports and calculations
- Prepare site, grading, utility and drainage designs for land development projects
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience
- Strong technical writing skills
- Working knowledge of local and state design standards
- Ability to manage several projects at once
Nice to have
- Experience with HEC-RAS or SWMM
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or EIT certification
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Mesa, AZ is $84,000 – $107,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
