We are hiring a Chemical Engineer to join our chemical engineering team in Providence. You will work independently on projects that matter to our customers. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is on site at our Providence location.
What you’ll do
- Size equipment and prepare process design packages
- Take part in process hazard analyses
- Design and scale up chemical processes from pilot to production
- Simulate processes in Aspen Plus
- Support capital projects through commissioning
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience
- Knowledge of separations and reaction engineering
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience with process simulation software
Nice to have
- PE license
- Pilot plant experience
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Providence, RI is $97,000 – $123,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
