We are hiring a Chemical Engineer to join our chemical engineering team in Los Angeles. You will work independently on projects that matter to our customers. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is on site at our Los Angeles location.
What you’ll do
- Support capital projects through commissioning
- Take part in process hazard analyses
- Design and scale up chemical processes from pilot to production
- Simulate processes in Aspen Plus
- Size equipment and prepare process design packages
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience
- Experience with process simulation software
- Strong analytical skills
- Knowledge of separations and reaction engineering
Nice to have
- Pilot plant experience
- PE license
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Los Angeles, CA is $108,000 – $138,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
