Our Lakewood office is growing, and we need a Chemical Engineer who can work independently from day one. You will work closely with a collaborative chemical engineering group and report to the chemical engineering manager. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is on site at our Lakewood location.
What you’ll do
- Simulate processes in Aspen Plus
- Take part in process hazard analyses
- Support capital projects through commissioning
- Design and scale up chemical processes from pilot to production
- Size equipment and prepare process design packages
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience with process simulation software
- Understanding of process safety
Nice to have
- PE license
- Pilot plant experience
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Lakewood, CO is $101,000 – $128,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
