We are hiring an Associate Structural Engineer to join our civil engineering team in Louisville. You will learn quickly and contribute on projects that matter to our customers. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is hybrid, with three days a week in our Louisville office.
What you’ll do
- Build analysis models in RISA, ETABS or SAP2000
- Perform condition assessments of existing structures
- Prepare calculations and structural drawings coordinated in Revit
- Review shop drawings and answer contractor RFIs
- Analyze and design steel, concrete, masonry and wood structures
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Clear communication with architects and contractors
- Experience with structural analysis software
- Strong hand-calculation skills
Nice to have
- PE or SE license
- Master’s degree in structural engineering
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Louisville, KY is $62,000 – $79,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
