Our San Antonio office is growing, and we need an Associate Robotics Engineer who can learn quickly and contribute from day one. You will work closely with a collaborative mechanical engineering group and report to the mechanical engineering manager. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is hybrid, with three days a week in our San Antonio office.
What you’ll do
- Work across mechanical, electrical and software teams
- Write simulation and test tools
- Integrate sensors, actuators and compute hardware
- Develop software for robot perception, planning and control
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Hands-on robotics experience
- Experience with ROS or ROS 2
- Understanding of kinematics and control
Nice to have
- Experience with SLAM or computer vision
- Graduate degree in robotics
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in San Antonio, TX is $86,000 – $110,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
