The employer is looking for an Associate Robotics Engineer in Las Vegas, NV. In this role you will learn quickly and contribute alongside an experienced mechanical engineering team and take real ownership of your work. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is hybrid, with three days a week in our Las Vegas office.
What you’ll do
- Write simulation and test tools
- Work across mechanical, electrical and software teams
- Develop software for robot perception, planning and control
- Tune and validate robot performance in the lab and the field
- Integrate sensors, actuators and compute hardware
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Strong C++ or Python skills
- Experience with ROS or ROS 2
- Hands-on robotics experience
Nice to have
- Graduate degree in robotics
- Experience with SLAM or computer vision
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Las Vegas, NV is $80,000 – $102,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
