The employer is looking for an Associate Reliability Engineer in Oceanside, CA. In this role you will learn quickly and contribute alongside an experienced mechanical engineering team and take real ownership of your work. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is on site at our Oceanside location.
What you’ll do
- Analyze failure data and lead root-cause investigations
- Develop reliability-centered maintenance strategies for critical equipment
- Improve preventive maintenance plans in the CMMS
- Run predictive maintenance programs (vibration, thermography, oil analysis)
- Track and report on equipment availability and mean time between failures
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering
- Experience with a CMMS such as SAP PM or Maximo
- Knowledge of FMEA and RCA methods
- Experience in an industrial maintenance or reliability role
Nice to have
- CMRP certification
- Vibration analyst certification
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Oceanside, CA is $84,000 – $107,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
