Associate Reliability Engineer

We are hiring an Associate Reliability Engineer to join our mechanical engineering team in Henderson. You will learn quickly and contribute on projects that matter to our customers. This is a 12-month contract with the possibility of extension. This role is hybrid, with three days a week in our Henderson office.
What you’ll do
- Run predictive maintenance programs (vibration, thermography, oil analysis)
- Improve preventive maintenance plans in the CMMS
- Track and report on equipment availability and mean time between failures
- Develop reliability-centered maintenance strategies for critical equipment
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering
- Experience with a CMMS such as SAP PM or Maximo
- Experience in an industrial maintenance or reliability role
- Data analysis skills
Nice to have
- CMRP certification
- Vibration analyst certification
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Henderson, NV is $42 – $52 per hour. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
