The employer is looking for an Associate Reliability Engineer in Aurora, CO. In this role you will learn quickly and contribute alongside an experienced mechanical engineering team and take real ownership of your work. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is on site at our Aurora location.
What you’ll do
- Develop reliability-centered maintenance strategies for critical equipment
- Run predictive maintenance programs (vibration, thermography, oil analysis)
- Improve preventive maintenance plans in the CMMS
- Analyze failure data and lead root-cause investigations
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering
- Knowledge of FMEA and RCA methods
- Data analysis skills
- Experience with a CMMS such as SAP PM or Maximo
Nice to have
- Vibration analyst certification
- CMRP certification
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Aurora, CO is $77,000 – $98,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
