As an Associate Quality Engineer with the employer, you will learn quickly and contribute and help shape how the industrial & manufacturing engineering team works. This position is based in Sunnyvale, CA. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is on site at our Sunnyvale location.
What you’ll do
- Support customer and third-party audits
- Own corrective and preventive action (CAPA) investigations
- Monitor processes with statistical process control
- Work with suppliers to resolve quality issues
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- Root-cause analysis skills (8D, 5 Whys, fishbone)
- Strong documentation habits
- Experience with ISO 9001 or a similar quality management system
Nice to have
- ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)
- Experience with AS9100, IATF 16949 or ISO 13485
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Sunnyvale, CA is $82,000 – $105,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
