We are hiring an Associate Quality Engineer to join our industrial & manufacturing engineering team in Elizabeth. You will learn quickly and contribute on projects that matter to our customers. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is on site at our Elizabeth location.
What you’ll do
- Develop inspection plans and control plans
- Monitor processes with statistical process control
- Own corrective and preventive action (CAPA) investigations
- Work with suppliers to resolve quality issues
- Support customer and third-party audits
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- Experience with ISO 9001 or a similar quality management system
- Strong documentation habits
- Working knowledge of SPC and measurement systems analysis
Nice to have
- Experience with AS9100, IATF 16949 or ISO 13485
- ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Elizabeth, NJ is $68,000 – $86,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
