We are hiring an Associate Quality Engineer to join our industrial & manufacturing engineering team in Edinburg. You will learn quickly and contribute on projects that matter to our customers. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is hybrid, with three days a week in our Edinburg office.
What you’ll do
- Own corrective and preventive action (CAPA) investigations
- Develop inspection plans and control plans
- Support customer and third-party audits
- Work with suppliers to resolve quality issues
- Monitor processes with statistical process control
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- Experience with ISO 9001 or a similar quality management system
- Root-cause analysis skills (8D, 5 Whys, fishbone)
- Strong documentation habits
Nice to have
- ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)
- Experience with AS9100, IATF 16949 or ISO 13485
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Edinburg, TX is $60,000 – $77,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
