We are hiring an Associate QA Automation Engineer to join our software engineering team in Houston. You will learn quickly and contribute on projects that matter to our customers. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is on site at our Houston location.
What you’ll do
- Write test plans and test cases for new features
- Track, reproduce and triage defects with developers
- Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline
- Report on quality metrics and release readiness
- Design and maintain automated UI and API test suites
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Experience testing REST APIs
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience building test automation with Selenium, Playwright or Cypress
Nice to have
- Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or k6
- ISTQB certification
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Houston, TX is $74,000 – $94,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
