The employer is looking for an Associate Process Engineer in Davie, FL. In this role you will learn quickly and contribute alongside an experienced chemical engineering team and take real ownership of your work. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is on site at our Davie location.
What you’ll do
- Run designed experiments to improve process capability
- Troubleshoot production issues with operations and maintenance
- Lead process hazard analyses and management-of-change reviews
- Monitor and optimize unit operations for yield, quality and cost
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering
- Data analysis skills
- Experience in a manufacturing or plant environment
- Knowledge of process safety practices
Nice to have
- Experience with Aspen Plus or HYSYS
- Six Sigma certification
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Davie, FL is $64,000 – $81,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
