We are hiring an Associate Manufacturing Engineer to join our industrial & manufacturing engineering team in Stockton. You will learn quickly and contribute on projects that matter to our customers. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is on site at our Stockton location.
What you’ll do
- Lead PFMEAs and root-cause investigations
- Write work instructions and process documentation
- Develop and improve manufacturing processes for new and existing products
- Drive scrap reduction, cycle-time and cost improvements
- Support new product introduction on the production floor
- Design fixtures, tooling and work cells
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
- Strong problem-solving ability
- CAD skills for fixture design
- Working knowledge of lean and continuous improvement
Nice to have
- Experience with automation and robotics
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Stockton, CA is $77,000 – $98,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
