We are hiring an Associate Manufacturing Engineer to join our industrial & manufacturing engineering team in Concord. You will learn quickly and contribute on projects that matter to our customers. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is on site at our Concord location.
What you’ll do
- Develop and improve manufacturing processes for new and existing products
- Support new product introduction on the production floor
- Lead PFMEAs and root-cause investigations
- Drive scrap reduction, cycle-time and cost improvements
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
- Strong problem-solving ability
- CAD skills for fixture design
- Working knowledge of lean and continuous improvement
Nice to have
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
- Experience with automation and robotics
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Concord, NC is $60,000 – $76,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
