We are hiring an Associate Industrial Engineer to join our industrial & manufacturing engineering team in Winston-Salem. You will learn quickly and contribute on projects that matter to our customers. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is hybrid, with three days a week in our Winston-Salem office.
What you’ll do
- Build capacity and staffing models
- Design facility layouts and material flow
- Run time studies and set labor standards
- Analyze operational data and recommend improvements
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering
- Clear communication with operations teams
- Strong analytical and spreadsheet skills
- Knowledge of lean tools
Nice to have
- Experience with FlexSim or Arena
- Lean Six Sigma certification
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Winston-Salem, NC is $60,000 – $77,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
