The employer is looking for an Associate Industrial Engineer in Victorville, CA. In this role you will learn quickly and contribute alongside an experienced industrial & manufacturing engineering team and take real ownership of your work. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is on site at our Victorville location.
What you’ll do
- Analyze operational data and recommend improvements
- Build capacity and staffing models
- Map value streams and lead kaizen events
- Design facility layouts and material flow
- Run time studies and set labor standards
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering
- Strong analytical and spreadsheet skills
- Experience with layout or simulation software
- Knowledge of lean tools
Nice to have
- Experience with FlexSim or Arena
- Lean Six Sigma certification
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Victorville, CA is $75,000 – $96,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
