As an Associate Industrial Engineer with the employer, you will learn quickly and contribute and help shape how the industrial & manufacturing engineering team works. This position is based in San Jose, CA. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is on site at our San Jose location.
What you’ll do
- Run time studies and set labor standards
- Analyze operational data and recommend improvements
- Design facility layouts and material flow
- Build capacity and staffing models
- Map value streams and lead kaizen events
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering
- Clear communication with operations teams
- Strong analytical and spreadsheet skills
- Experience with layout or simulation software
Nice to have
- Experience with FlexSim or Arena
- Lean Six Sigma certification
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in San Jose, CA is $85,000 – $109,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
