As an Associate Industrial Engineer with the employer, you will learn quickly and contribute and help shape how the industrial & manufacturing engineering team works. This position is based in Pasadena, TX. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is on site at our Pasadena location.
What you’ll do
- Analyze operational data and recommend improvements
- Build capacity and staffing models
- Run time studies and set labor standards
- Map value streams and lead kaizen events
- Design facility layouts and material flow
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering
- Strong analytical and spreadsheet skills
- Experience with layout or simulation software
- Clear communication with operations teams
Nice to have
- Experience with FlexSim or Arena
- Lean Six Sigma certification
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Pasadena, TX is $59,000 – $75,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
