We are hiring an Associate HVAC Design Engineer to join our mechanical engineering team in Boston. You will learn quickly and contribute on projects that matter to our customers. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is on site at our Boston location.
What you’ll do
- Model systems and produce construction documents in Revit
- Select equipment and write specifications
- Support construction administration and commissioning
- Perform heating and cooling load calculations
- Design HVAC and plumbing systems for commercial, healthcare and education buildings
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering
- Strong coordination skills
- Knowledge of ASHRAE standards and mechanical codes
- Experience with load calculation software
Nice to have
- LEED AP credential
- PE license
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Boston, MA is $79,000 – $100,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
