We are hiring an Associate Field Service Engineer to join our mechanical engineering team in New York. You will learn quickly and contribute on projects that matter to our customers. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is on site at our New York location.
What you’ll do
- Train customer operators and maintenance staff
- Install, commission and service equipment at customer sites
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and software issues
- Document service visits and feed issues back to engineering
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Willingness to travel regionally
Nice to have
- Experience servicing medical or semiconductor equipment
- Experience with industrial automation equipment
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in New York, NY is $73,000 – $93,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
