We are hiring an Associate Field Service Engineer to join our mechanical engineering team in Nashville. You will learn quickly and contribute on projects that matter to our customers. This is a 9-month contract with the possibility of extension. This role is on site at our Nashville location.
What you’ll do
- Train customer operators and maintenance staff
- Document service visits and feed issues back to engineering
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and software issues
- Perform preventive maintenance and upgrades
- Install, commission and service equipment at customer sites
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Willingness to travel regionally
Nice to have
- Experience servicing medical or semiconductor equipment
- Experience with industrial automation equipment
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Nashville, TN is $34 – $41 per hour. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
