As an Associate Environmental Engineer with the employer, you will learn quickly and contribute and help shape how the environmental engineering team works. This position is based in Salt Lake City, UT. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is hybrid, with three days a week in our Salt Lake City office.
What you’ll do
- Collect and interpret soil, groundwater and air samples
- Plan and run site investigations and remediation projects
- Write compliance reports for state and federal agencies
- Prepare air, water and waste permit applications
- Advise clients on environmental regulations
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Civil or Chemical Engineering
- Field sampling experience
- Knowledge of EPA and state environmental regulations
- Strong technical writing
Nice to have
- Experience with PFAS investigation or treatment
- PE license
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Salt Lake City, UT is $60,000 – $77,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
