The employer is looking for an Associate Environmental Engineer in Greeley, CO. In this role you will learn quickly and contribute alongside an experienced environmental engineering team and take real ownership of your work. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is hybrid, with three days a week in our Greeley office.
What you’ll do
- Collect and interpret soil, groundwater and air samples
- Advise clients on environmental regulations
- Prepare air, water and waste permit applications
- Plan and run site investigations and remediation projects
- Write compliance reports for state and federal agencies
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Civil or Chemical Engineering
- Knowledge of EPA and state environmental regulations
- OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER (or able to obtain)
- Field sampling experience
Nice to have
- Experience with PFAS investigation or treatment
- PE license
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Greeley, CO is $69,000 – $88,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
