As an Associate Environmental Engineer with the employer, you will learn quickly and contribute and help shape how the environmental engineering team works. This position is based in Buckeye, AZ. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is on site at our Buckeye location.
What you’ll do
- Prepare air, water and waste permit applications
- Advise clients on environmental regulations
- Write compliance reports for state and federal agencies
- Plan and run site investigations and remediation projects
- Collect and interpret soil, groundwater and air samples
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Civil or Chemical Engineering
- OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER (or able to obtain)
- Field sampling experience
- Strong technical writing
Nice to have
- Experience with PFAS investigation or treatment
- PE license
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Buckeye, AZ is $62,000 – $78,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
