Our Colorado Springs office is growing, and we need an Associate Electrical Engineer who can learn quickly and contribute from day one. You will work closely with a collaborative electrical & computer engineering group and report to the electrical & computer engineering manager. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is hybrid, with three days a week in our Colorado Springs office.
What you’ll do
- Design analog, digital and power circuits for new products
- Capture schematics and guide PCB layout in Altium
- Bring up and validate prototype hardware in the lab
- Support EMC, safety and regulatory testing
- Simulate circuits and perform worst-case analysis
- Maintain bills of materials and work with component suppliers
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- Strong analog and digital circuit fundamentals
- Experience with schematic capture and PCB design tools
- Ability to read and interpret datasheets
Nice to have
- Experience with power electronics or motor drives
- Experience with UL or IEC certification
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Colorado Springs, CO is $81,000 – $103,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
