Associate DevOps Engineer

Our Philadelphia office is growing, and we need an Associate DevOps Engineer who can learn quickly and contribute from day one. You will work closely with a collaborative software engineering group and report to the software engineering manager. This is a 9-month contract with the possibility of extension. This role is hybrid, with three days a week in our Philadelphia office.
What you’ll do
- Manage cloud infrastructure as code with Terraform
- Set up monitoring, alerting and dashboards for production systems
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines that let teams ship safely several times a day
- Take part in an on-call rotation and lead incident reviews
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field
- Experience with infrastructure as code and CI/CD tooling
- Experience running containerized workloads in production
- Strong Linux administration and scripting skills
Nice to have
- Experience with service meshes
- Kubernetes certification (CKA or CKAD)
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Philadelphia, PA is $56 – $68 per hour. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
