Our Columbus office is growing, and we need an Associate DevOps Engineer who can learn quickly and contribute from day one. You will work closely with a collaborative software engineering group and report to the software engineering manager. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is hybrid, with three days a week in our Columbus office.
What you’ll do
- Set up monitoring, alerting and dashboards for production systems
- Take part in an on-call rotation and lead incident reviews
- Harden infrastructure and automate security patching
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines that let teams ship safely several times a day
- Manage cloud infrastructure as code with Terraform
- Operate Kubernetes clusters, including upgrades, scaling and cost control
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field
- Strong Linux administration and scripting skills
- Experience running containerized workloads in production
- Experience with infrastructure as code and CI/CD tooling
Nice to have
- Experience with FinOps and cloud cost optimization
- Experience with service meshes
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Columbus, GA is $89,000 – $113,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
