Our Jacksonville office is growing, and we need an Associate Chemical Engineer who can learn quickly and contribute from day one. You will work closely with a collaborative chemical engineering group and report to the chemical engineering manager. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is on site at our Jacksonville location.
What you’ll do
- Support capital projects through commissioning
- Simulate processes in Aspen Plus
- Take part in process hazard analyses
- Design and scale up chemical processes from pilot to production
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering
- Understanding of process safety
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience with process simulation software
Nice to have
- PE license
- Pilot plant experience
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Jacksonville, FL is $69,000 – $87,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
