As an Associate Biomedical Engineer with the employer, you will learn quickly and contribute and help shape how the biomedical engineering team works. This position is based in Provo, UT. This is a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension. This role is on site at our Provo location.
What you’ll do
- Design and develop medical devices under design controls
- Maintain risk management files
- Support regulatory submissions
- Work with clinicians to gather user needs
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical or Mechanical Engineering
- Knowledge of ISO 13485 and FDA design controls
- Experience in a regulated medical device environment
- CAD skills
Nice to have
- Experience with 510(k) submissions
- Experience with Class II or Class III devices
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Provo, UT is $43 – $52 per hour. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
