Our Dallas office is growing, and we need an Associate Biomedical Engineer who can learn quickly and contribute from day one. You will work closely with a collaborative biomedical engineering group and report to the biomedical engineering manager. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is hybrid, with three days a week in our Dallas office.
What you’ll do
- Work with clinicians to gather user needs
- Support regulatory submissions
- Design and develop medical devices under design controls
- Write verification and validation protocols and reports
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical or Mechanical Engineering
- Experience writing test protocols
- CAD skills
- Knowledge of ISO 13485 and FDA design controls
Nice to have
- Experience with Class II or Class III devices
- Experience with 510(k) submissions
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Dallas, TX is $71,000 – $90,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
