Our Jacksonville office is growing, and we need an Associate Aerospace Engineer who can learn quickly and contribute from day one. You will work closely with a collaborative aerospace engineering group and report to the aerospace engineering manager. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is hybrid, with three days a week in our Jacksonville office.
What you’ll do
- Write test plans and support qualification testing
- Prepare certification and compliance documentation
- Analyze aircraft and spacecraft structures and systems
- Work across design, manufacturing and supplier teams
- Run stress, thermal and dynamics analyses
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering
- Ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance may be required
- Strong technical documentation skills
- Solid understanding of aerospace structures or systems
Nice to have
- Experience with FAA certification
- Composite structures experience
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Jacksonville, FL is $78,000 – $99,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
