The employer is looking for an Associate Aerospace Engineer in Beaumont, TX. In this role you will learn quickly and contribute alongside an experienced aerospace engineering team and take real ownership of your work. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is on site at our Beaumont location.
What you’ll do
- Write test plans and support qualification testing
- Run stress, thermal and dynamics analyses
- Prepare certification and compliance documentation
- Analyze aircraft and spacecraft structures and systems
- Work across design, manufacturing and supplier teams
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering
- Ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance may be required
- Solid understanding of aerospace structures or systems
- Experience with FEA tools such as NASTRAN or ANSYS
Nice to have
- Composite structures experience
- Experience with FAA certification
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Beaumont, TX is $81,000 – $104,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
