We are hiring an Associate DevOps Engineer to join our software engineering team in San Jose. You will learn quickly and contribute on projects that matter to our customers. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is on site at our San Jose location.
What you’ll do
- Manage cloud infrastructure as code with Terraform
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines that let teams ship safely several times a day
- Take part in an on-call rotation and lead incident reviews
- Operate Kubernetes clusters, including upgrades, scaling and cost control
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field
- Strong Linux administration and scripting skills
- Experience with infrastructure as code and CI/CD tooling
- Hands-on experience with a major cloud provider
Nice to have
- Experience with FinOps and cloud cost optimization
- Kubernetes certification (CKA or CKAD)
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in San Jose, CA is $118,000 – $151,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
